Rehabilitation Programs

The goal of our rehabilitation services at Mill Manor Care Center is for persons to resume an active and healthy lifestyle as soon as possible following a change in health status or after a hospitalization. Treatment is provided by licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists up to six days per week or as directed by their plan of care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Restorative Nursing

Every Nursing Assistant at Mill Manor is specially trained to provide restorative nursing care to the residents they serve. Programs are designed by a restorative nurse in conjunction with input from the therapist and members of the nursing staff. Residents are assisted by staff with their activities of daily living and encouraged to reach their highest level of functioning by participating in their restorative care.

Patient Centered Care

Our staff embraces a culture of patient centered care that recognizes each patient's individuality, their personal preferences and values as well as their family situation. Care is customized in a manner that enriches the patient's quality of life.

Palliative Care

Palliative Care is treatment to relieve rather than cure. We offer comfort care with a goal of relieving symptoms and managing pain associated with advanced illness. Our care management team is sensitive to the emotional and spiritual needs of both the patient and family and is able to provide vital support services if needed.
